BSplanet does not endorse, nor is it responsible for, any Content uploaded or streamed through the Service. You bear full responsibility for any consequences, including potential bans, suspensions, or loss of income resulting from Content shared via the Service.
BSplanet is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the Content uploaded, streamed, or shared by users of the Service, including but not limited to:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BSplanet, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Content you upload, stream, or share on the Service.
While using the Service, your Content may be streamed or made available on third-party platforms (such as Twitch, YouTube, etc.). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and content guidelines of these platforms. BSplanet is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed on your account due to your Content.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BSplanet does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any Content streamed or uploaded through the Service.
BSplanet reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of The United States of America.

At BSplanet, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. However, due to the nature of our service, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes any subscription fees, fees for premium features, or any other paid service provided by BSplanet.
In exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues with the Service that prevent access), a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of BSplanet. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at brschle@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of the issue, and we will review your request.
Refunds will not be provided for any content-related bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms or for any loss of income, reputation, or legal consequences arising from the content uploaded or streamed through the Service.
Any credit balance associated with your BSplanet account is solely for use within the Service and cannot be transferred, redeemed, or converted into cash or any other form of monetary value.
